First off last night’s dinner. The Ultimate Chicken Salad. One word-YUM. I swear, I LIVE for Friday night dinner, best way to start the weekend! I tried my best to not have any garlic knots, huge fail, I had four! At an estimated 90 calories per knot, I was annoyed at myself to say the least but logged everything on My Fitness Pal.
This morning I met my friend Krista at the gym for a 5k on the treadmills. Before kiddos we were workout buddies. We would motivate each other to get our butts to the gym. We still motivate each other but don’t work out together much these days. Needless to say I was excited to workout with her today!
Annndddd…I accomplished a PR for a 5k!
