Early Riser

The Birdie decided to wake up at 2:45 am yesterday morning and I could not go back to sleep so I did not get up to workout. I did however fit a circuit workout in after work.

Treadmill:.5 miles at 5.2
25 bicycles
15 tricep kickbacks
2-30 second planks
***repeat 4x

A dose of Birdie

I asked Birdie how her day was yesterday and what she did. She told me ” I was talking to Pani Louise and she told me her twactor was browken. I don’t know how she’ll cut her gwass” (slight pause…) Dammit!”
“Birdie!!!! You shouldn’t say that!” Although it was very funny!!!
