I did pretty well with healthy eating yesterday. Breakfast started out with Nutella on toaster waffles. I think I should cut out one of the two waffles and switch it with a hard boiled or some other protein because I’m pretty hungry by 10 am. Snacks and lunch were pretty healthy. Baby carrots, turkey and spinach sandwich with pretzels and a biscotti.
I stayed on track for dinner too. The salad I had was really good. Baby greens, kalamata olives, feta cheese, sundried tomatoes and Italian dressing. I limited myself to one garlic roll from the bread basket, which is very hard for me to do!
