Yep, it’s gone. My motivation that is. I guess I can say that is not entirely true. I very much want to participate in the 5K in my town the last weekend in September. I could walk/trot it, but I really want to jog the whole thing. Why can’t I just get up and workout? It’s ridiculous. Once I get in a groove I usually do fairly well, it’s getting my groove back once I stop that’s the problem.
