Dinner Last Night was Pretty Awesome

AND I fit a workout in after work AND before I made dinner. AND it was a pretty rocking treadmill session AND Birdie kept me company and was SO well behaved while I got my workout in.

Dinner, thanks to the Skinnytaste website. Tilapia with tomatoes and capers. Husband approved!

I even opened a bottle of wine to make the dish. Something I’ve never done before. The hardest part was finding the corkscrew in my kitchen

Did I mention I did a yoga DVD yesterday?
