So I thought today I would talk about how I lost my almost 14 pounds during the weight loss competition. First off, it’s not rocket science. Second, I can not give up anything I really enjoy eating. So it went like this: I logged everything I ate on My Fitness Pal and tried my best to stay on track with my 1200 daily calories. And I worked out on the treadmill mostly. When I did workout, which was almost daily, I ate my exercise calories.
I have 15 more pounds I’d like to lose. Since I feel like I’m on a good roll I joined a Dietbet challenge. You bet $25.00 and if you lose 4% of your starting weight in four weeks you get to split the pot with the others that have lost 4%. This bet is over April 16th. I’ll be sure to let you know if I made the 4% goal.
