Monday started our 7500 steps per day walking program at work which lasts for eight weeks. It started off with a bang for me.
My eating wasn’t too bad either. But let’s be honest, it was day one. We’ll revisit this on day 16 and see if I’m still gung ho.
I was at my neighbor’s house the other day and seriously her kitchen counter looked like this
I don’t believe I’ve eaten that many vegetables this year and I’m pretty sure that was her weekly normal produce. Maybe she’ll be a good influence on me. I can only hope.
