It have been a free fall all since our May vacation. It’s time to get serious and start really paying attention to what I’m eating. I’m reading the 21 day sugar detox and I’m pretty sure I don’t have the willpower to stick to a detox for 21 days and especially a sugar detox. What I can do is track everything I’m eating. So I’ve committed to doing so for the next month.
In other news, my company picnic was this weekend. Birdie had a great time.
Contrary to the roller coaster picture, she really did enjoy the ride! She was a tiny bit nervous before the ride started.
