I weighed in Saturday morning, it had been one week since our work team weighed in. I stuck to my calories on My Fitness Pal and got in workouts everyday but two. I’m slowly building speed back from being sick, but wow I lose my fitness level quickly when I don’t work out for a while. I lost two pounds. I’ll take it.
We ran a bunch of errands yesterday and ended the trip at Chipotle. Surprise, surprise. Today we chilled out and I started making Birdie’s class favors for Valentine’s Day, while she was being crafty herself.
